VINOD FOOTBALL ACADEMY (VINOD FA) History and Achievements Vinod Football Academy (Vinod FA) was established in 2022 with the vision of developing young football talents and providing a pathway for players to reach professional and elite levels of the game. Since its inception, the academy has made remarkable progress within a short period, establishing itself as one of the emerging football institutions in Lagos and Nigeria. Major Achievements - 2025 NLO 2 Campaign: Vinod FA participated in the Nationwide League One Division Two (NLO 2) and achieved promotion to NLO 1 in the same season after an impressive unbeaten run, showcasing the club's quality, discipline, and competitive spirit. - UNICEF Cup Champions (2025): The academy won the prestigious UNICEF Cup, further demonstrating its growing reputation and success in youth football development. - N-Youth League Cup (2025/2026 Season): Vinod FA participated in the highly competitive N-Youth League Cup, providing valuable exposure and development opportunities for its young players. - Lagos State FA Cup (2026): In its maiden appearance in the Lagos State FA Cup, the academy reached the Semi-Finals, an outstanding achievement that highlighted the team's ability to compete against established clubs. - NLO 1 Participation (2026): Following promotion from NLO 2, Vinod FA successfully competed in the Nationwide League One Division One (NLO 1), continuing its journey of growth and excellence in Nigerian football.
