Ahisu Peter
Center Forward/Bulgaria
China Sun Star/Belasitsa Vtora Liga
From Fadeyi to Europe: The Inspiring Journey of Peter Ahisu Olamilekan
At just 21, Peter Ahisu Olamilekan is already a story of grit, loyalty, and resilience. A proud ambassador of China Sunstars FC, Peter has made a bold leap in his career by joining Belasitsa Petrich, a Bulgarian second-division club, marking his first official foray into European football.
But behind the headlines and celebrations is a story that stretches back over 7 years, one marked by rejection, manipulation, and unwavering loyalty.
Born for the Game, Molded by Loyalty
Peter joined China Sunstars FC in 2015 as a bright-eyed youth with boundless energy and raw talent. Over the next few years, he became more than just a player; he became the heart of the team. While others chased quick success, Peter remained rooted in loyalty and belief in his boyhood club.
During this time, he faced relentless pressure from external forces. Club owners from rival academies tried to lure him away with promises of wealth—some offering his father millions of naira. Friends left. Scouts knocked. Yet Peter stayed.
His coaches at Sunstars describe him as “unshaken in resolve, unmatched in ability, and undoubted in talent.” His loyalty wasn’t just an emotional decision, it was a declaration of belief in himself and in the project that molded him.
In 2025, the big break came.
